LICENSE FOR USER CONTENT:
Certain Services offered on this Site may accommodate and/or require user-supplied information, materials, or communications. Depending upon the nature of the Service, by submitting User Content to this Site you grant TYGMRight.com one of the following two types of licenses:

There are NO REFUNDS for subscriptions, products, and/or services offered/given/rendered by/on behalf of TYGMRight, TYGMRight.com, and/or its/their parent company, subsidiaries, assigns, and heirs via our website and/or a third-party website/app extension/service.
Our primary focus is and must always be on defending GOOD Men and REAL Women. And, to best accomplish this, our attention can not be unnecessarily split between that primary focus and potentially expensive refund-based legal battles. And you signing up for and/or purchasing any service(s)/product(s) on behalf of yourself or another/others means that you irrevocably understand and agree to/with both that and this no-refund policy.

The following are examples of the kind of activity that is illegal or prohibited on TYGMRight.com and through your use of our Services.TYGMRight.com reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, at TYGMRight.com’s sole discretion, we feel violated this provision, including without limitation, reporting you to law enforcement authorities. You understand an irrevocably agree that if you, your Ad, or the link to the Ad which you or the individual(s)/company(s)/organization(s) has submitted violates these or any other applicable Laws, your Ad will be removed and you will not be issued a refund for any remaining days/months/years of advertisement. You may also be banned from future advertisement on TYGMRight.com and other sites which we/our parent company owns.

Any claim relating to the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State in which we are headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
